Rental Policies

Customer Responsibility:

Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and accepted by a Grand Rental Associate. In the case that the equipment is lost or damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost in addition to the rental cost.

Delivery:

Delivery service is available. Rates vary according to size of equipment and delivery distance. Please contact the store for specific delivery charges.

Rate Periods for Tools and Equipment:

  • Partial Day Rate:
    Either 3 or 4 Hours depending on equipment. Equipment must be returned by closing. This rate is also the overnight rate. For the overnight rate, equipment can be picked up no more than one hour before closing, and must be returned no later than one hour after opening the following business day. If equipment is returned late, the normal rental rate will apply.
  • Day Rate:
    A day is equal to 24 hours. Equipment must be returned within 24 hours of pickup or time of reservation.
  • Event:
    Event rates are upto 3 consecutive days, depending upon availablity.
  • Week:
    A week-long rental is equal to 7 actual days.
  • Month:
    A month-long rental is equal to 4 weeks, or 28 days.
